• T2 & T3 Leons staff issue (Not enough FP to use Skill/Force). Not an issue as leons have 3 good stats and 1 bad stat (increase FP Consumption to 230%. Almost you cannot cast other SPELL. To Resolve use another Staff to cast Life Conflict.)
• Legacy Blade Permanent is now droppable
• Elems price on pig npc recalibrated to 0 price
• Voting Requirement Fixed
• Racial Helm added yellow stats and DSR recalibrated
